We install two types of system: refrigerated air conditioning, which heats and cools the whole home through ceiling vents, and multi head, which puts a separate indoor unit in each room you choose.

Victorian Energy Upgrades (VEU) is a Victorian Government program that lowers the upfront cost of energy-efficient upgrades, such as reverse-cycle heating and cooling and heat pump hot water. Homes, rentals and businesses can take part.

Replacing old gas heating?
Replacing an old central gas heater or gas room heater with an eligible reverse-cycle system can qualify for a VEU discount. You also get cooling in summer from the same system.

What is the difference between refrigerated and multi head air conditioning?
Refrigerated air conditioning heats and cools the whole home through ceiling vents from one system, with the indoor unit hidden in the roof. A multi head system connects several indoor units in different rooms to one outdoor unit. Both are reverse cycle, so they heat and cool.
Can the same system heat and cool?
Yes. Reverse-cycle air conditioning heats in winter and cools in summer.
Can I get a VEU discount?
Eligible whole-home and multi head installations can receive a VEU discount, especially when replacing an old gas or electric heater. We check this before putting a discount in your quote.
